Hey guys and gals!

Just wanted to let you all know that we are alive and well and back home in Victoria after our long drive and excellent excursion to Sylvan Lake AB for Shake The Lake 2013! We spent a good 3 days of driving in old Van Halen this weekend, truly inspired and surprised by her ability to endure, and we had the distinct privilege of headlining Saturday night’s events at Shake The Lake! Below you will find a video entailing the highlights of the second day at this wonderful, small community festival featuring a good, if not great, helping of amazing local and local-ish talent and the various other activities held at this event… what a day! We had an incredible time in Sylvan Lake on Saturday and we can’t thank our friends and the bands in this community enough for bringing us out! We wanna throw out a big thank you to the staff of Shake The Lake: The Vendors, the local radio, the techs, the volunteers… you all did an extraordinary job… and thanks for putting up with our antics/taking care of us all day! You really made us feel at home!

Special thanks to all of the bands and our amazing friends, fans and family that came out for the day and stuck around to catch our set as it went into the night! It was a true beauty and we thought everything went superbly! You guys rock hard!
